1876 Centennial MAUCHLINE 4” SPOOL BOX Memorial Hall & Main Bldg Mauchlineware
This auction is for a very nice Mauchlineware spool box from the 1876 Centennial Exhibition in Philadelphia.   The wooden box is decorated with views of Memorial Hall and the Main Building.  The underside of the lid has advertising for Clark’s ONT thread.  The box has eyelets around the side for thread to come out and the inside hasd 7 spool spindles in place.  The diameter is slightly less than 4” and it stands 2 ⅛” high.  The condition is VF with a few wear marks on the domed top.   Please look at all the photos and ask any questions.  See my other auctions - combine shipping and save.
