This attractive early lemon peel is a good sized ball that is only mildly smaller than a modern size baseball, and it has a circumference of 8 inches.
This ball is made of 4 sections of leather, with a 4 corner seam at its 2 poles.
The ball does have splitting to one of its seams, but is otherwise intact.
It weighs about 3 ounces.
