How it work:
Purchase our Laptop Concierge Service
We will send you a prepaid FedEx Shipping Label to send us your laptop
Once we receive your laptop, it must pass all hardware, battery and stress tests to qualify for our elite service.
If your laptop pass all tests we take pictures and then list your item.
If your laptop fails any part of the testing process it will not qualify for our service. Your laptop will be returned to you with a detailed report showing what test(s) it failed.
When your item sells and we receive payment from the buyer,  we will send you 85% of the final sale price within 48 hours.

If we sell your item, we pay all shipping, eBay and Paypal Fee's. You just pay a simple 15% service fee which will be deducted from the final sale price.

What we accept:
All mint to new condition laptops (PC's, Macbook Pro's and Macbook Air's). The battery must be able to fully charge and hold the charge, the power supply must be included and the case must be in excellent condition (no dents, broken or missing parts, dead pixel or pressure marks (light spots) on the display.
What we don't accept:
Damaged, non-working or for parts laptops
Old, outdated laptops (prefer no older then 5 years) If older then 5 years, contact us first before purchasing.
No China branded laptops or knockoffs

Tablets
We list all items in a 3-day auctions. We found that shorter auctions keeps buyer more engaged.
Our service fee is the cost of this listing plus 15% of the final sale price. Other similar services charge between 30 to 35%
You have the option of receiving your proceeds via PayPal or ACH Transfer (If you choose ACH Transfer, you will get 100% of your proceeds with no fees)

We gladly accept payment via Paypal,

- We allow any items to be returned within 45 days of the purchase date
- A "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) number is required for any item (contact us within 45 days of purchase).
- All returns must be in the original manufacturer's packaging with all accessories
All returns must be shipped the same way they were received, usually double boxed and padded with bubble wrap
Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges to us and must be fully insured with a tracking number
Any return missing original packaging, parts, accessories or a unit that shows heavy signs of use will be subject to a 15% restocking fee
